EgeTech ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how Shot Memory handles your data.

Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data. Shot Memory operates entirely offline and stores all information locally on your device.

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Project information (titles, production company names)
• Scene, setup, and take data
• Photos and voice notes you capture
• Tags and notes you create
• App preferences and settings

Data Storage

All data created within Shot Memory is stored exclusively on your iOS device using Apple's secure on-device storage systems. This includes:

• SwiftData — For structured project data
• Local file storage — For photos, thumbnails, and audio recordings
• UserDefaults — For app preferences

Your data is protected by iOS device encryption and remains under your complete control.

Data Sharing

We never share your data because we never have access to it. Your production data remains private and secure on your device at all times.

Third-Party Services

Shot Memory does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app does not make any network requests to external servers.

Export & Backup

You have full control over your data. Shot Memory provides features to:

• Export take logs as PDF documents
• Export CSV files for spreadsheet applications
• Create local backup archives

Exported files are saved to locations you choose (Files app, AirDrop, etc.) and are not transmitted to us.

iCloud

Shot Memory may use iCloud for device-to-device sync if you enable this feature. iCloud data is managed by Apple according to their privacy policy and is encrypted end-to-end. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

In-App Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive only a transaction confirmation and do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

Shot Memory does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app is suitable for all ages as defined by our App Store rating.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Shot Memory after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can:

• View all your data within the app
• Export your data at any time
• Delete individual items or entire projects
• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app
